Tom Rosson
President

Tom Rosson resides in Rudersberg, Germany where he serves as Education Director for the Church of God in Central and Eastern Europe. Among the various duties he has, Tom also serves as President of the Eurasian Theological Seminary in Moscow, Russia. He began his missions ministry at the European Theological Seminary in 1988.

He is a graduate of Lee University (B.S. 1985), the Church of God Theological Seminary (M. Div., 1989), and Regent University (Ph.D., 2003). Tom and Claudia are also very active in their local congregation at the Treffpunkt C Church of God. This is the congregation that they helped plant during their previous ministry at the European Theological Seminary. Tom and Claudia married in 1992 and have three children: Colin, Kevin, and Brianna.

Ministry Info: Petia Zlatarova is a fourth generation evangelical believer. She has served as a full time minister in a teaching capacity since 1998. She was appointed Academic Dean of the College in 2001, and since then she has served as member of the Academic Council of BETI.

Raina Stefanova

Ministry Info: Raina Koleva has served as a music/ praise and worship minister since 1992. She joined the teaching staff at the Bulgarian Theological College in 2000, and in 2004 she was appointed its Administrative Director.

Stefko Zlatarov
Dean of Ministries

Ministry Info: Stefko Zlatarov has served God since his teenage years in various capacities such as youth leader, preacher and deacon. He is one of the founders of the social ministry to underprivileged children called Create-a-Smile. Currently he is the Administrative Bishop of the CoG Stara Zagora Region.

Ministry Info: Pavel Panchev has served as youth leader, preacher and assistant pastor since 1993. He joined the administration of the Bulgarian Theological College in 2001. Currently he is Coordinator of the Create-a-Smile Ministry, which serves the spiritual and physical needs of underprivileged children.

Ministry Info: Julia Ivanova is a children’s church teacher. She and her husband are also involved in ministry to the families in the church and lead a home group cell for young couples.
