The Bulgarian Theological College in Stara Zagora is one of the four faculties of the Bulgarian Evangelical Theological Institute, Sofia, Bulgaria. It is as place, where people can come and satisfy their intellectual and spiritual hunger for thorough, systematic knowledge about God and where they can get prepared for Christian ministry.

The main purpose of the COG Theological College is to train and prepare Christian ministers for the various facets of the evangelical ministry. It presents real opportunities for growth and spiritual development, for commitment to the service of the Holy Spirit, as well as for acquiring practical leadership skills needed for the fulfillment of the God given vision.

The COG Theological College has the resources for accomplishing its academic goals, as well as for its administrative needs. The studies are convened in the new building of the College in Stara Zagora, where there are several comfortable classrooms, modern technology, computer laboratory and an extensive library. The teaching team has been selected carefully and consists of dedicated and well trained professionals, who are also Christian ministers with a special calling from God.

The most treasured asset of the Theological College are the students! They come from different parts of Bulgaria. All of them are dedicated Christian men and women, who have answered the call of God to devote their efforts and energy to Christian ministry. They are very committed to their academic and practical training. Among the various courses that are being taught are History of the Christian Church, Survey of the Old and New Testament, Biblical Archeology, Systematic Theology, etc. In addition, the students engage in several courses with a practical orientation such as Mass Media and Communications, Computer Literacy, etc. The main goal of the Theological College is to present a well balanced program, which combines academics with practical ministry. Every student is an active Christian and a servant of God, engaged in different church and parachurch ministries in the Stara Zagora region and throughout the country.

The COG Theological College is an answer of the prayers generations of evangelical believers who have always wanted to see prepared ministers who would lead the churches into the 21st century and will be a beam in the dark world that surrounds them.
